Great park, fun rides, super day out. We decided on Movieland over the other Lake Garda amusement parks based on reviews saying how the queues were not bad, and this was true.
The longest line we waited in was about 45 minutes and it was worth it. The water rides were fantastic, especially on a hot August day.
It isn't a huge park, which is fine, if you don't want to spend more than a day there. My husband and son paid extra to do the "Fortlive" challenge and they liked that.
We went to the John Rambo show which was more entertaining that I thought it would be, and we left feeling like we'd done a full day out.

Excellent family fun. This was the highlight of our Italy trip! Compared to Gardaland and Leolandia Movieland offers much larger variety of activities.
We liked it more than the other parks as it is small, compact and not so much people. Recommend to go early to see the movie-making. A must see is the car ride in the dinosaur park fun for kids , drive in the fast-boat on the lake a bit scary but fun, our 6 year old did it as well but 8 year old was really scared after driving , the big truck drive was a real fun for the whole family.
The scary houses near the gates - the kid's part was really scary for our kids and my husband went to the adults' house and he was really frightened - so those looking for a thrill - must go.
And of course the most fun was the Rambo theatre. This is something that you remember later on as well. Take along clothes that can get wet or double clothes for kids more importantly double shoes or you can buy for 1 euro a plastic coat - you can get wet in several places.
We used the toilet handdryer to dry our stuff - was really efficient. Do not go to the threatre inside the building if you are a foreigner - it is all in Italian and not much fun.

Movieland ist leider nicht ganz so interessant, da es hier hauptsächlich um die Shows geht, die leider nicht auf Englisch sondern nur auf Italienisch sind.
